You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day, however, Helen sometimes works away from home or is on a commission deadline and will prioritise correspondence on her return.

Kits, lessons and products are individually priced.
We offer flexible pricing for projects based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. If you would like sampling to help to support your choices or price points, you will need to pay for a pre arranged sampling cost.

Our products and kits are sent out via Royal Mail. We aim to turn orders around within 72 hours, however, occasionally there is a delay due to Helen being away for work. As soon as she returns she will address any orders.

We endeavour to ensure that each product leaves our hands as expected, however, if you feel that there is something missing from a kit or order, do please contact us via our contact form or email. Express clearly and politely what the problem is and we will rectify the issue promptly.

All images and designs belong to Helen McCook. Purchasing a kit does not mean you are allowed to sell the piece once it is finished. You are also not allowed to teach my designs or kits to groups. To go against this means that you will be infringing my artistic rights and breaching copyright.
